HIIT Fit is functional fitness at its finest. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Fit is a heart-pounding, fat-burning, and lean-muscle-sculpting experience. Box Fit & Kick Fit
Learn how to punch and kick out your stress, while burning 100s of calories, in one of our “bag classes.” This isn’t your grandma’s cardio kickboxing class, our coaches teach real technique, so you get a better, safer, full body sculpting experience.
TRX Suspension Training
Use your own body as resistance to move functionally from one movement to another. All movements, strength, and stability starts with your core. Tighten up the mid-sections while strengthening the foundation that your body temple is built on. Unlike any other toning or strength program, suspension training is a must addition to a well-balanced health & fitness routine.
Pilates strengthens the core muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and back to improve balance, trunk strength and flexibility, and relieve chronic pain. Our mat Pilates classes firm, tone, and tighten while lengthening your muscles and strengthening your mind / body connection.
Dynamic Core Fit
Dynamic Core Fit focuses on strengthening the core with challenging low impact exercises and stretched targeting the abdominal and back muscles, improving balance and increasing flexibility throughout the entire body. Additional benefits of this class include increased core strength, reduced muscle tension, enhanced muscular coordination, increased blood circulation, and higher energy levels.
A kid friendly version of our one-of-a-kind HIIT Fit class. Kids ages 8 -12 learn discipline, body awareness, coordination, while getting healthy levels of activity. Childhood obesity is an epidemic and FitRev is fighting back! We always have adult classes at the same time, so you can make health & fitness a family priority. Rock Steady Boxing
Specialized program for those diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents. For Rock Steady Boxers, Parkinson’s disease is the opponent. Exercises vary in purpose and form but share one common trait: They are rigorous and intended to extend the capabilities of the participant. Clinical trials suggest that these kinds of exercise may be neuro-protective, i.e., actually slowing disease progression.
