Our coaches are full-time, so they aren’t stopping by just to teach a class. FitRev coaches only teach, coach, and train at FitRev. So they are committed fully to our FitRev members and their success.
Jason is the owner of FitRev and a retired Army veteran. After serving his country with a distinguished military career, he choose to obtain his M.B.A. and pursue a career in the fitness industry. He’s dedicated to serving and helping people change their lives. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Exercise Specialist, and a Rock Steady Boxing Certified Instructor. He challenges all his clients to their fullest potential and assists them with reaching all their goals with realistic exceptions.
Sheri has been a certified personal trainer since 2005. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, she has served in both commercial and corporate fitness director positions. She holds a BS in Health Psychology.
She also has been a group fitness instructor for over 25 years, teaching various styles of cardio classes including Boxing, Spin, HIIT, Cardio Kickboxing and many, many others. She has been teaching Mat Pilates for 19 years. In addition to her roles as personal trainer and group fitness leader, She currently serves as the Rock Steady Boxing Director, giving individuals with Parkinson’s Disease as they fight back against their disease. Rock Steady’s motto: In this Corner, Hope.
Carolin is a Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Sports Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and Strength and Sport Conditioning training. Her clients include all ages and goals, from weight loss, performance, post injury, strength development for medical conditions, to bodybuilding. She strives to help each client establish and accomplish their goals by designing programs that will develop strength, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility and balance. As a personal trainer she will challenge, empower and drive you to achieve your personal fitness goals!
Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer and holds a B.S. In Exercise Science. His passion for fitness started with sports and developed with weightlifting. His approach to fitness emphasizes client specific programming with a specific focus given to cardiovascular and strength training in combination with balance and stability. His philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning to help provide his clients with the knowledge, guidance and support for their journey to a healthier lifestyle.
